These are some women we were swimming with the other day. Staying covered no matter what!
We had to say goodbye to our newest friends last week. The girls had one last shebang swimming on moving day. Danitsa and Lutcia become quick and very dear friends to the girls. They still talk about them every day. I was amazed at how quickly the kids bonded with this family and how much it broke my heart to watch them say goodbye.
Because it is illegal to do or have anything Christian (ie. non-Muslim), we started having our own "church" on Friday mornings, which is our Sunday. Last week it was so exciting because our lesson was about being a remnant and that we are a remnant of Christ followers in this world. People around us will not believe the same things we do or make the same choices we do, but our little difference in their life may make a BIG difference in eternity. The kids are making a Christian flag out of 'remnants' of paper.
