The Saudi Way

For the same reason why Muslim women keep themselves covered, they also keep the bachelors separate from all women in eating establishments. This is Fuddruckers with the "Family Section" entrance on the left and the "Singles" entrance on the right.

This is the most requested picture of me from Saudi!! We flew into Bahrain (a small island across from Saudi Arabia) and spent the night and next day there. First on the agenda was to get my abaya, which I am required to wear in Saudi. It seems odd wearing it at first, but after about 2 minutes of wearing it among Saudi's, I was definately glad that I was covered - I would have felt really out of place without it on. Even now, I am one of a handful of women you see without my hair or face covered.
