Just a couple of pictures that I thought would be amusing.
They don't have dressing rooms in the stores. You buy the clothes then try them on and you have 1 day to return it or 3 days to exchange it. So..I guess having fitting rooms provided avoids having to make the car trip twice - especially since women can't drive.
WE GOT OUR SHIPMENT!
The girls started school at 8:00 am and the movers showed up at 11:00 am. We packed our stuff in Houston on June 7th, got to Saudi on August 8th and our shipment arrived August 21st! We were glad to get our stuff finally, but were dissapointed in how it was handled. We had a lot of broken furniture (as in beyond repair) - so that was frustrating. It was obvious that customs went through a lot of our boxes so I'm glad we didn't try to sneak in any contraban! Now we're up to our ears in boxes to unpack and the mission of finding things is in full swing.
