October doesn't bring the nice, cool, Fall weather to Houston like it does everywhere else in the world, but things are beginning to cool off a bit and we've enjoyed that tremendously! We love to be outside and it's so nice to have a break from the heat. Katelynn started preshool last month and is really enjoying that. She loves her teachers and is learning a lot already. I was worried about Olivia being upset that she couldn't go to school too, but she goes to "Kinderprayer" once a week and that seems to be sufficient for her. She learns a Bible verse and her favorite part is praise and worship. She's the only girl in her class of about 6 boys, so her teachers love to have her around and she get's quite spoiled!

Olivia loves babies and plays with them nearly all day long! We brought the car seat in to get it washed up and Olivia found her new favorite spot!
We have 3 pecan trees in our backyard. We had fun collecting pecans and counting them. We're surprised we managed getting some before the squirrels did, and still ended up with over 300! (Now we need someone to crack them all for us!)
